BridgeBuilders Learning sells digital download products. We want families to feel confident trying our resources.
Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a purchased digital product, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your refund request.
Download or access problems
If your purchase was successful but the download link did not work, contact support and we will help restore access or send the correct delivery link.
How to request help
Email hello@bridgebuilderslearning.com with the product name, purchase email, and a short note about the issue.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank and card processing times may vary.
