We may collect your name, email address, purchase information, and messages you send to customer support. Payment details are processed by Stripe; BridgeBuilders Learning does not store full credit card numbers.

We use information to deliver free downloads and purchased products, provide customer support, send product-related emails, improve the website, and comply with legal or payment obligations.
Email communication
If you request a free download or purchase a product, we may send download links, product updates, and related BridgeBuilders Learning emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.

We may use services such as Stripe for payments, email providers for delivery and updates, website hosting, and basic analytics. These services process information according to their own policies.
Children
Our products are designed for parent-guided family use. Purchases and email signups should be completed by a parent or guardian, not by a child.
